1883 Liberty Nickel. Without "CENTS". NGC graded Proof 64. Toned on both sides. Light hazy mirror-luster on a nice example of the first year of issue, free of any carbon spotting. Reasonable detail definition, as expected on a well-made Prof, especially to the all-important high points of the design including all stars. Only 5,219 Proofs struck (PCGS # 3878) .
