Seward. Embossed Presidential Seal at lower left. Lincoln appoints Edward Dodd of New York "to be Marshal of the United States for the Northern District of New York…." Handsomely matted with an 11x8" image of Lincoln and framed to an overall size of 18¼x31¼". Ready for display.
