A wonderfully rare stamp in this condition, certainly one of the finest existing genuine never hinged, 2c carmine perf.11 with double line watermark in existence, frankly, it would be difficult to imagine a nicer example. Incredibly fresh pristine mint single with beautifully balanced margins all around. O.g., never hinged. Superb 98. With 2004 P.S.E. certificate.
