Lot of Three Mold-made Ceramic Pieces. Judaea, 1st-5th century AD. Earliest, a Southern Jewish type lamp, in gray ware, with neat geometric ornament; c. 1st century AD. Perhaps Samaritan, a cute bull vessel, with sharply molded decoration, red-glazed; c. 4th-5th century AD. Last, a pleasant spouted vessel, perhaps Sabaean or Byzantine, also red-glazed. Inspection suggested. All show minor to moderate chipping; the bull vessel repaired. Length of lamp: 4-1/2". Appealing Holy Land material. Lot of 3 documents.
