Great Britain. Maundy Set, 1903. S.3985. Edward VII. Bare head of King. Reverse: Numeral in wreath. A fabulous mint state set bathed in golden green/blue toning. So many Edward VII Maundy Sets are cleaned or a little scuffed it is refreshing to see such an exceptional set of coins. 'Worth a strong bid' seems a over used phrase, but in this instance it is quite appropriate! Lot of 4 coins. Choice Uncirculated.
