Great Britain. Penny, 1871. S.3954; KM-749.2. Victoria. Tall bust of Queen, with hiar in 'bun'. Reverse: Britannia seated with shield and trident facing right. One of the key dates of the Victorian 'bun' penny series. Sharply struck on Britannia's bodice and shield, this is a good example, with even some original luster to recommend it. NGC graded MS-62 Brown.
