1903 Morgan Dollar. NGC graded Proof 67. Dazzling white superb gem proof. Resplendent surfaces that are thoroughly "all brilliant" with keen-edged, glowing silver luster. A bold impression is the rule with Proofs this year. The mint had its quality control set to "high" so that the dies that made this year's coinage are bold. This lovely specimen is at the high end of surviving specimens. Light, as it strikes the surface, is whirled outwards into your eyes, in which attitude you, as the viewer, will remain blinking, mesmerized by it all. Only 755 proofs minted. Pop 24; 5 finer in 68.
