Lustrous, mint-frosty devices (light cameo effect, not enough to list discretely on the holder) put on a show with their rich amethyst and sky blue flickering mirrors, the overall form of this Proof greatly improved by the smooth gleam off the fields. Nothing dull about this charismatic silver dollar! Regarding this date, it is the first year of issue, the first of 3 distinct varieties, with the 8 Tail Feathers being abnormally scarce in Proof due to its low mintage. 500 proofs minted.
