1881 Liberty Seated Quarter Dollar. NGC graded MS-67 Prooflike. Blast white. Lustrous but deep white mirror reflectivity dominates the surfaces of this beautiful two-tone coin, with a particular glow to the reverse fields. The aforesaid "dual toning" refers not to any color, for it is purest white. Instead, the devices are well frosted against the almost proof-quality mirror background. This gives the piece a cameo-like quality. Deficiency isn't in the cards when it comes to this coin's detail, in fact, outstanding is the word to describe the striking detail on main motifs.
