1936 Buffalo Nickel. NGC graded Brilliant Proof 67. A splendid delicately toned gem! Virtually ice-white fields spread light in every direction from the shimmering mirror reflection. Sometimes on this issue, the devices that were left by the dies are short of the required watery mirror precision due to weak die pressure or careless polishing of the dies, but we find the opposite to be the case here, everything is glowing, including the centers. 4,420 proofs minted. Pop 75; 14 finer.
