1885 Indian Head Cent. PCGS graded Proof 66 Red. Lovely shades of red. A blazing gem of the finest order. Brilliant Proof mirrors surround bold centers with varying shades of red throughout. Soft-edged devices and lettering are almost never a part of the Proof mintage of the Indian cents of the 1880s. On this issue, therefore, and as always seen, there is enough convincing detail to be called "razor-sharp" which collectors will vie eagerly to possess. 3,790 proofs minted Pop 8, 3 finer in 67.
