1864, 25¢ Fractional Currency. Third Issue, red reverse. . Fr-1291. . KL-3265. A nicely original red back Fessenden which would have qualified for a higher grade but for the fact that the face centering is off toward the left so that the trim cuts slightly into the design. Choice Crisp Uncirculated.
