Lot 2368

Great Britain. Shilling, 1839. S.3904. Victoria Young Head. Second head. No "WW" on neck. Scarce date in all grades. Superb gem, gorgeous eye-appeal because of its booming cartwheel luster and light silvery blue and pink iridescent toning. Tiny flaw in the metal center of reverse. Faint clashed dies show on the fields around the queen's portrait. A real beauty! NGC graded MS-66.
Estimated Value $650 - 850.

Realized $633
