1795 Flowing Hair Half Dime. NCS graded Sharpness of Fine-12 Improperly Cleaned. We also note a number of scratches on the obverse. On Valentine-5, the star point touches the point of the bust while the top point of star #1 connects with hair curl 2. Early die states before a rim cud forms.
