1800 Draped Bust Dollar. "Dotted date" from die breaks. NGC graded VF-25. BB-194. Our consignor seems to have had a fondness for this Red Book die variety, acquiring an assortment of grades, all of them pleasing to the eye with natural "old silver" patina and surfaces. This piece has a single small mark at Liberty's throat but is, with the rest, a carefully graded and obviously hand-picked coin (PCGS # 6889) .
