1865 Nickel Three Cents. NGC graded Proof 65 Cameo. A brilliant slightly pinkish gem proof example with excellent cameo features. Popular first year of issue and about 500 or so proofs struck. NGC reports 12 in this grade with 10 in PF-66 Cameo and 1 in PF-67 Star Cameo (PCGS # 3761) .
