1901 Morgan Dollar. NGC graded Proof 66. This glittering white Gem Proof is one of only 813 struck for this year. During this period, the mint used an overall brilliant finish in the manufacturing process, making frosted pieces quite unusual. Here offered is a lovely specimen, superbly struck with beautiful surfaces and no detracting features. It is undoubtedly a nearly invisible hairline or two away from a higher grade. No matter, the new owner will be happy with it just the way it is…very, very nice indeed. Pop 24 with 14 finer.
