1883-CC $20 Liberty. SEGS graded MS-63 Prooflike. A glittering frosty mint specimen in light yellow gold exhibiting a nice full strike. We agree with the numerical grade of MS-63 however, not the PL surfaces as they are frosty. Nonetheless, who is going to quibble over the texture of the surfaces on such a coveted coin in choice Mint State condition? (PCGS # 8999) .
