1880-CC Morgan Dollar. 8 over 7. Reverse of 1879. PCGS graded MS-65. Wholesome luster and pristine, frosty surfaces. A conditionally scarce issue from the Carson City Mint, this gem specimen possessing all the eye appeal one could wish for. A shallow impression from a reed mark exists above stars 1-2 in the field. The remnants of the 7 are clearly underneath the second 8 of the date. Housed in an old PCGS green label holder.
