1838 Capped Bust Half Dollar. PCGS graded AU-55 PQ. A textbook example of this issue with regards to surface condition, color and strike. Finely granular surfaces have abundant, radial luster. The stars are well struck for the most part while some of the milling is weak (PCGS # 6177) .
