1919-D Liberty Walking Half Dollar. PCGS graded AU-53. A near choice AU example of this key date Walker. While the surfaces do display light hairlines, the lack of marks and the presence of light golden toning make this example seem conservatively graded. Key date Walkers have seen a steady increase in price at all grade levels but there is still plenty of momentum left for appealing circulated examples, for this is where most collectors try to acquire the "keys".
