1806 Draped Bust Half Dollar. Pointed 6, stem through claw. . Overton-115, Rarity-1. NGC graded AU-50. Silvery surfaces with soothing iridescence that has come back after an old cleaning. A light hairline scratch exists from star 6 into field and a tiny pin prick is seen just below it. A few older scratches are found on Liberty's device. Both obverse and reverse have luster that extends from the periphery outward. A common die marriage quickly identified by the die crack below date that goes into the stars on the left. NGC population of 34.
