Jayne Mansfield Robe From "The Girl Can't Help It." 20th Century Fox, 1956. A cream-colored, silk robe with bright pink circles, a deep V-neck with a bow at center, short sleeves and a belt that ties. There is a bias label inscribed "Jayne Mansfield." The robe is worn by Mansfield inthe scene where she is in the kitchen preparing breakfast and her gangster benefactor bangs on the door. She slips the robe off and runs to the bedroom in her underwear. One movie still is included. From Sotheby's Planet Hollywood Sale, December 2002.
