Morgan Dollar. 1880-CC, 8 over high 7. Reverse of 1879. PCGS graded MS-66 PQ. Another perfectly preserved Carson City dollar, hidden from the numismatic market for almost two decades. Dynamite eye appeal with pure white surfaces, radiant luster and devices covered in mint frost. A slight reflective quality to the fields, further enhancing the look of this beautiful gem! When catalogued in the Wayne Miller Collectoin this piece was afforded the comment "Among the finest known" and we could not agree more! PCGS population of 34 in MS66 with 5 known in MS67 as finest. (PCGS # 7102) .
