Jefferson Nickel. 1939. Doubled "MONTICELLO" and "FIVE CENTS". PCGS graded MS-66. Blazing gem example of this error with the doubling of the letters extremely bold. Strong metal flow and rich luster give this desirable error top quality eye appeal. PCGS has graded only 20 in MS66 with 4 in MS67 as the finest known (PCGS # 4004) .
