Buffalo Nickel. 1913. Type 2. PCGS graded Proof 67. A superb gem "matte" proof buffalo nickel. Not quite as bright as the Type I in Proof 67 but blessed with subtle champagne and lavender hues. Free from any marks or distractions. PCGS Pop is 43 with only 2 PR68 examples as the finest. Unquestionably a breathtaking example of this issue (PCGS # 3990) .
