$1 Gold Liberty. 1849. No L. PCGS graded MS-63. A variety of this gold dollar issue that can be tough to find when needed. The truncation of Liberty's neckline not showing an "L", Longacre's intial. Even yellow gold surfaces, well struck and pleasing luster (PCGS # 7501) .
