1861 Liberty Seated Quarter Dollar. PCGS graded MS-65. Frosty white and untoned. Flatly struck on the stars, but sharp everywhere else. A great looking coin from a time of great conflict in our country. PCGS has graded only 13 coins in higher grades than this, the best being 4 in MS-67 (PCGS # 5454) .
