Artuqids of Mardin. Lot of Four AE's, c. 1151-1239 AD, AH 547-637. Three of Najm al-Din Alpi, 1152-1176 AD.: Two confronted Seleucid-style busts (SS 28); Facing diademed male bust / Crowned facing female bust (SS 29.1); Each side with facing male or female heads (SS 30.1). Plus an AE 25 of Nasir al-Din Artuq Arslan, 1201-1239 AD: Facing head (sun?) / Script (SS 47.1). Worth a close look because of some better types, and above average quality. Lot of 4 coins. Coins average Very Fine and better. Estimated Value $325 - 450
