1861-S. NGC graded MS-60. Plenty of frosty mint luster to justify this lofty grade as this coin is quite scarce in strictly Mint State. Although a healthy amount were struck, very few were actually saved. Pop of only 3 with 20 in MS-61 and 4 in MS-62. Estimated Value $6,000 - 7,000
