Fr-2075-L. 1985, $20 Federal Reserve Note, Inverted Face. While the face looks like it is centered rather high, the real story on this note is the back. Spectacular is one world that comes to mind. A quick search of auction records shows that only a few $1 notes from a recent series, and while just as spectacular, no other denominations could be located. A marvelous example of an inverted face.
