1864 Liberty Seated Half Dime. PCGS graded Proof 65. Beautiful electric blue and gold toning on the obverse while the reverse is lighter in the center. Popular low mintage Civil War issue and only 460 proofs were made. Pop 18 with 6 higher, best being PR-67 (PCGS # 4447) .
