Typed Letter Signed as Governor of Ohio. One page, octavo, Executive Chamber, Columbus, Jan. 20, 1892 to J. A. Howells. McKinley writes:
"… I have not yet had time to look into the matter you refer to -- the normal and industrial department of Wilberforce University. The letter you send me shall be filed with papers in the case, however, and when I come to consider the matter, will give it my careful attention."
