Lot 1167
A miscellaneous lot of 20 Lincoln related medals in shapes and sizes. This group includes mostly later medals from the 20th Century. We note several large white metal or similar base metal pieces, a few from the Medallic Art Company of New York, others of much smaller size, a few may be silver, others lead or brass. One of the more interesting medals is dated 1887 for the Reunion of Confederate Veterans in Macon, Georgia, this medal is holed for suspension, and features a portrait of Jefferson Davis on the obverse. Three of larger medals are in the original box of issue. Lot of 20 medals.
