Bar Kochba Revolt, 132-135 AD. Medium Bronze AE 25 mm., Year 3 (undated), struck 134/135 AD. . Hen-736. Scarce, Mildenberg listing only 12 examples. Seven-branched palm, with two date clusters; Hebrew inscription across field ("Shimon"). Reverse: Vine leaf, sprig above; Hebrew inscription around. Hendin 736; Mild. 96. Bold, detailed strike, but overstruck on slightly tight flan. Undertype visible on obverse. Mottled brown and tan patina. Extremely Fine.
