Star Spangled Rhythm (1942, Paramount) Wow! One of the great morale-boosting all-star films of the World War II era, featuring all of Paramount's big names, from Bob Hope to Alan Ladd and Gil Lamb. The above-the-title players rate portraits and, it should be noted, this includes Rochester -- the character may be anathema today, but an African-American grouped with the other great stars of the studio was significant.
Folds with separation at intersections; pinholes at corners; scattered tape repairs verso; ID remarks and owner's stamp verso. Overall, very good condition.
