1959-D Franklin Half Dollar. PCGS graded MS-66 Full Bell Lines. One of the very finest known of this date, PCGS has graded 13 this high, with none graded higher. This one has iridescent toning around the periphery and is boldly struck. The surfaces are quite clean, with few marks from handling anywhere to be seen. An opportunity for the specialist.
