1870. PCGS graded MS-67. PQ. Wonderful even gold toning on both sides blends in with abundant mint fresh luster. The strike is bold, and the surfaces nearly perfect. Scarce as a date and issue, and this coin is one of the absolute finest seen for the 1870 gold dollars. A great looking coin. Only 6,300 struck. Pop 8; 3 finer, 1 in 67+, 2 in 68.
