Two Outstanding Vintage Original Early Concept Artworks of Rocketry and Space Travel, 1960s. Two fantastic original pieces of concept art (most likely McDonnell Douglas, Saturn 1-B concepts, first and second stages) from the early 1960s. Very reminiscent of the art frequently seen in Popular Mechanics and Popular Science at the time, these pieces are still in their very modest, early 1960s era office frames. These original vintage works do not exhibit any fading, the watercolor and gouache paints as bright and vivid as originally executed. Both on artboard and measuring 16 x 19" each.
