1892-S. PCGS graded MS-65. A frosty Gem UNC. This is an incredible coin, with full luxurious luster throughout, and a bold strike on the devices. However, what really stands tall here are the virtually perfect surfaces. Notice just a touch of minor handling when closely examined, with none of the usually seen heavy and detracting bagmarks peppering the surfaces of this lovely double eagle. An absolute delight to behold and one of the finer examples known today of the 1892-S issue. Pop 19; 5 finer in 65+. (PCGS # 9021) Estimate Value $14,000 - 15,000
