1853 N-25 R1 Repunched 1 MS65 Red. Lustrous mint red mellowing to light steel brown on the highpoints, about a third of the original mint color remaining on both sides. Just a few small marks from flawless including a nick on the forehead, a spot of darker toning over the left side of the O in ONE, and a speck of toning at the left edge of the first A in AMERICA. MDS, die state b. The repunching under the base of the 1 is clear. Estimate Value $750 - UP
