The obverse design includeds the date 1852 below, then surrounded by UNITED STATES OF AMERICA with a thin wavy boarder below near the central hole. The reverse shows the word DOLLAR above, with an open wreath of leaves and berries with a tight ribbon wrapped at the center. Pop 5; tied for the finest examples graded at both services.
