1845. NGC graded MS-64. Nice colorful old time toning on both sides that is somewhat mottled. The surfaces are free from distracting contact marks, and the strike is bold throughout. A scarce issue at this near gem grade level. As noted just following, this is a condition rarity this well preserved. Pop 2; none finer at NGC, only 2 examples graded higher in 64+ at PCGS.
