Apollo Soyuz, Deke Slayton's "Personal" Crew Patch. This 5" crew patch is virtually identical to the normal crew patch except for the addition of orange "DKS" initials at the bottom. Beautifully sewn and rarely available. A great addition to any collection. Comes with COA that reads: "This is to certify this autographed beta cloth belonged to my husband, Deke Slayton, and was flown in 1975 on the Apollo/Soyuz mission. It was locked in his safety deposit box along with other flown material. Perfect conditon. Estimate Value $500 - UP
