Henry Wallace, Vice President 1941-45, Signature and date; Henry Morgenthal, Jr. Secretary of the Treasury, 1936 TLS on official letterhead, re a young man's stamp collection; Cordell Hull, Secretary of State, sentiment and signature; Edward R. Stettinius, Jr. Head of Lend-Lease who succeeded Cordell Hull as Secretary of State, signature on a 5 x 7" album page; Harold L. Ickes, Secretary of the Interior, signature on official card; Harry Hopkins, Secretary of Commerce (1938-40), signature on official card; Jesse H. Jones, Secretary of Commerce (1940-45), ANS as Secretary giving autograph, with old tape marks at corners; James A. Farley, Postmaster General, signature; and Francis Biddle, Attorney General who later served as the primary American judge at Nuremberg, a 1943 TLS on Dept. of Justice letterhead firing an FBI clerk-typist, and his signature and date (9/15/47) on a proof page from Who's Who.
