Two Outstanding Commemorative Silver French Medals, Ca. 1930s in Original Cases With Stunning High Relief Designs. Two rare French commemorative silver medallions from the boasting gorgeous designs. 1.) By René Baudichon a vintage silver medal commemorating the Fête Laïque de la Jeunesse (Secular Festival of Youth) in the French commune Levallois-Perret. It depicts the sculpted image of a Grecian woman resting her hand against the handle of an axe. The piece is engraved with the artist’s name to the lower left edge. The reverse features various images and is engraved "Ville De Levallois-Perret" and "Fête Laïques de la Jeunesse". On edge is marked "argent" (silver) 2.) By Depose, a stunning high relief medallion République Francais and reverse "Conseils Municipaux" 1929-1935 also stamped "argent" (silver) on edge.
