Eastern Europe, Imitating Thasos. Silver Tetradrachm (16.74 g), late 2nd-1st centuries BC. Wreathed head of Dionysos right. Reverse: Corrupted legend, Herakles standing facing, holding club and lion's skin. Kostial 971-4; OTA class III. A wild looking piece! Bent edges as normal. Choice Very Fine.
