1799 S-189 R2 PCGS VG Details, Environmental Damage. Sharpness VG8 or slightly better but covered with microscopic roughness under rather glossy dark olive brown and steel toning. No verdigris and only minor contact marks, including a dull nick at the right top of the E in ONE. MDS, Breen state IV, with crumbling in the dentils over F-AM.
