1857 C-1 R2 NGC graded MS65 Brown. Beautiful lustrous medium steel brown and light chocolate. A sharply struck piece that has outstanding eye appeal. A nearly flawless gem if not for a light horizontal scrape across the upper part of the ear and a faint hairline in the field off the chin. MDS. The fine die polishing lines at S-OF-AM are nearly gone. A premium example of the final year of half cent production. Our grade is MS64. Estimate Value $1,000 - UP
