1899. PCGS graded Proof 67. PQ. Wonderful deep blue toning on both sides with a nearly centered bright silver area on both sides. The strike is sharp and full, and the toning is exceptional. Add to this virtually perfect surface quality and you have a real winner. This one is probably from an original proof set. Only 846 struck. Pop 10; 3 finer in 68.
